Jetvix is a newly established Forex and CFD broker that attracts traders from all other the world. There are no commissions with this broker, and the spreads are tight. Traders can access various financial instrument classes, such as currency pairs, commodities, crypto CFDs (Contracts for Difference), indices, and stocks as CFDs.

Maximum available leverage is 500:1, which means that with a 10 USD minimum deposit, traders get to manage 5,000 USD worth of assets. Jetvix offers generous promotions to its clients. However, it’s important to note that these bonuses come with certain terms and conditions. To be able to withdraw the bonus, certain trading requirements need to be met.

100% deposit bonus

The 100% deposit bonus is a welcome bonus for newly registered traders. To partake in the promotion, you must initiate a deposit into your Real Account on the Jetvix trading platform within the designated Promotion Period. Additionally, opt for the ‘Get bonus’ feature while executing the deposit transaction.

Each participant in the promotion gets a bonus in their live trading account on the Jetvix platform. If traders make a deposit within 24 hours from their registration, they receive a bonus equal to 100% of the deposited amount. For deposits made after the first 24 hours, the bonus is 50% of the deposited amount.

It is required to complete the mandatory turnover to be able to withdraw the bonus. The number of turnover is based on the following formula: Number of lots = bonus amount/2. The calculation of lots begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the participant’s account.

Respawn

The respawn function can only be used once. Each participant who has not withdrawn funds, either in full or in part, is able to utilize the “respawn” funcion on the Jetvix trading platform. Upon activation, the participant’s account balance is adjusted to equal the maximum deposit amount, capped at $500. This action automatically closes all open positions and resets any active bonuses associated with the account.

Jetvix’s trading platforms

Jetvix offers a modern looking trading platform with a user-friendly interface. Unfortunately popular trading platforms from third party developers such as MetaTraders, and cTrader aren’t available. Furthermore, there’s no desktop version available and traders can only use web based and mobile trading apps.

Customer support at Jetvix

When it comes to customer support, the broker is reachable only via email. There are no phone calls available and the live chat option is missing. Customer support helps traders get informed and overcome technical issues quickly. The lack of a live chat option is a huge downside.

On the upside, the main page of Jetvix is available in 3 languages: English, Portuguese, and indonesian. Overall, we can say that the customer service with this broker needs improvements.

Final thoughts

To sum it all up, Jetvix is a global broker that offers various asset classes for trading, such as Forex, stocks as CFDs, cryptos, commodities, and indices. Maximum available leverage is 500:1. The minimum initial deposit required to open a live account is 10 USD. There are no account types to choose from. The biggest downsides of the broker include: lack of regulations, lack of third party popular platforms, lack of live chat option, and lack of experience. For these very reasons, we don’t recommend Jetvix to our readers.
